grillsymbol-bbq-grill-smoky-beast
GrillSymbol Smoky Beast Corten BBQ Smoker and Smoker Grill

The Smoky Beast is GrillSymbol's classic two-stack BBQ smoker — handcrafted from 3mm Corten steel with stainless steel details, built to produce authentic low-and-slow BBQ flavours without any of the maintenance of a standard steel smoker. Two stainless steel grates across different cooking planes give a total area of 5,865 cm², with capacity for two full trays of ribs simultaneously. It doubles as a traditional charcoal grill using the supplied coal bath — or run the firebox and charcoal grill together for the best of both. All accessories are included in the price: coal bath, briquette module, three shelves and a grate cleaning brush. No storage or covering needed year-round. Backed by a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Key Features

5,865 cm² total cooking area — two stainless steel grates on different planes: 70 x 50cm and 70 x 35cm; capacity for two full rib trays simultaneously

3-in-1 cooking versatility — use as a smoker, a charcoal grill (with supplied coal bath), or run both together for grilling with smoky depth

Dual chimney stacks with dampers — stacks on each side for even heat distribution; dampers at the top regulate temperature

Water bath via dedicated pipe — add water for moisture during long cooks without opening the smoker

Grease drain and drip bucket — continuous drainage during cooking; no manual clearing

External thermometer, 0–300°C — monitor temperature without opening the lid

Cast iron base grate in fireplace — durable firebox floor; fireplace depth 48cm

20 x 20cm cooktop on firebox front — keep mop sauces and glazes warm throughout the cook

Double-wall firebox door — retains heat; locks in two positions for temperature control

5mm stainless steel hinges — built for repeated heavy use

All accessories included — coal bath, briquette module, three shelves, grate cleaning brush; no additional cost

No storage required — Corten and stainless steel are fully weatherproof; leave outdoors year-round

What Can You Cook

The Smoky Beast is at its best with low-and-slow American BBQ: beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, smoked ham and fish.
