At RidgeApex we believe in keeping things straightforward. Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout. Here is everything you need to know about how we handle your order from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door.

Delivery Rates

Free delivery on all orders to UK addresses.
No minimum order value. No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Delivery Timescales

Order Cut-Off Time 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday
Handling Time 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday)

We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or UK public holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 GMT on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment card for the purchase.

We immediately check to confirm your item is in stock and available for dispatch:

  • If your item is in stock — we process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days
  • If your item is out of stock or on back-order — we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email to discuss alternative arrangements, a suitable replacement, or a full refund

Order Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will include your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at info@ridgeapex.com with your order number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched tracking is simple:

  1. Check your email — look for a shipping confirmation from us with your order number in the subject line
  2. Click the tracking link — the email contains a direct link to your carrier's tracking page
  3. Monitor your delivery — check real-time updates on your shipment location and estimated delivery time at any point

Large and Heavy Items

Some products in our range — including pizza ovens, BBQ grills, fire pit tables, and patio heaters — are large or heavy items that require specialist pallet or freight delivery rather than standard parcel courier. For these items please note:

  • This item is delivered kerbside by pallet. Please ensure you have adequate assistance available to move it from the delivery point to its final position in your garden.
  • The delivery driver is not obligated to carry items inside your premises or up steps
  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the item
  • Handling time may be at the longer end of the 1 to 3 business day window for larger items
  • If you have restricted access, a narrow driveway, steps, or any access requirements please contact us before placing your order so we can make the necessary arrangements

Missed and Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available:

  • You will be notified by the carrier via email or SMS with options to rearrange
  • You can request redelivery or redirect to a local collection point via the carrier's app or website
  • If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts re-delivery charges may apply before we can resend

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. RidgeApex cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order.

Damaged on Arrival

Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. If you notice damage please:

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver when signing for the item — or refuse delivery if the damage is significant
  • Photograph the outer packaging and the item inside before fully unpacking using your phone or camera
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ridgeapex.com with your order number and photos

We cannot process damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery. Please do not use a damaged item before contacting us as this may affect your claim.

Missing Items

We do our best to ensure every order is complete and accurate but occasionally mistakes happen. If something is missing from your order please:

  1. Check the packaging carefully — smaller accessories such as regulators, hose fittings, pizza peels, or tool sets are sometimes packed inside larger items or wrapped separately within the box
  2. Check your packing slip — compare what you received against the items listed on your packing slip to confirm what was marked as dispatched
  3. Contact us promptly — email info@ridgeapex.com with your order number, a description of the missing item, and photos of the received items and packaging where possible

Our team will investigate with our warehouse and carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — either by sending the missing item, issuing a refund, or offering a suitable alternative.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man.

Delivery to some remote areas including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man may take slightly longer than the standard 2 to 5 business day window. We will contact you if your postcode requires an extended timescale.

We do not currently ship internationally. Our products are certified to UK standards and designed for the UK market.
