The BonBiza is a wood-fired plancha grill built around a thick 6mm cooking surface — available in 80cm or 100cm diameter. Unlike a standard BBQ grill, the flat plancha distributes heat evenly across its entire surface, making it ideal for everything from searing steaks and grilling vegetables to cooking flatbreads and paella over a real wood fire. The open base doubles as a firewood storage rack, keeping fuel close at hand during cooking.
Manufactured in the Netherlands in black steel or corten rust finish — the 100cm model is corten only.
