The Smoky Beast XL is GrillSymbol's professional-grade BBQ smoker — 1.29 m² of stainless steel grating across two cooking planes, a capacity of up to 70kg of meat, and a 200+ serving output that makes it as at home in a pub garden or catering setup as it is in a large private garden. Built from 3mm Corten steel with stainless steel details throughout, the Beast XL arrives fully assembled at 200kg — just the stacks need securing on delivery. It rolls on 10cm wheels for repositioning on hard ground. All accessories are included in the price: two coal baths, a briquette module, built-in shelves and a grate cleaning brush. No extra cost, no add-ons needed.

What Can You Cook

The Smoky Beast XL excels at low-and-slow American BBQ: beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, smoked ham and turkey. The dual-stack design produces even heat and smoke distribution across both grates. It also doubles as a traditional charcoal BBQ — place the supplied coal baths under the grates and cook direct. Firewood delivers a deeper smoky flavour; briquettes are cleaner and milder. Combine both to find your preferred depth of flavour.
