Two stainless steel grates across different cooking planes give a total area of 5,865 cm², with capacity for two full trays of ribs simultaneously. It doubles as a traditional charcoal grill using the supplied coal bath — or run the firebox and charcoal grill together for the best of both. All accessories are included in the price: coal bath, briquette module, three shelves and a grate cleaning brush. No storage or covering needed year-round. What Can You Cook

The Smoky Beast is at its best with low-and-slow American BBQ: beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, smoked ham and fish. The dual-stack design ensures even heat and smoke across both grates.
