The Chef XL is GrillSymbol's classic-format hooded charcoal BBQ — 160cm wide, built from 3mm Corten steel with a stainless steel hood, side panels and legs. At 117 x 34cm, the cooking area holds 3–5kg of meat across two 8mm hot-rolled steel zig-zag griddles included as standard. A built-in thermometer, lid and base ventilation valves, and a ventilation rack at the base give you full control over cooking temperature throughout the cook. The Corten body deepens in colour with heat and outdoor exposure — no maintenance or storage required year-round.
