The stainless steel version of GrillSymbol's Pizzo wood-fired pizza oven — same 60 x 60cm refractory baking surface, same 10cm rock wool insulation, same built-in 500°C thermometer as the Corten model, but with a full stainless steel interior and exterior that retains its clean, modern appearance without developing a patina. Holds two 30cm pizzas at once, assembles in 15–20 minutes, and can be moved between locations. Stand sold separately.
