The Baso XL is GrillSymbol's full-width stainless steel side table for the Pizzo pizza oven — 180cm wide with a raised-edge prep surface ideal for kneading dough and preparing pizzas directly next to the oven. The oven installs on either the left or right side of the table. Firewood and accessory shelves are built in. Leg height adjusts in two positions and maintains the same 85cm work surface height with or without wheels. Compatible with the GrillSymbol Pizzo and Pizzo Inox ovens, and with any other pizza oven measuring approximately 80cm wide x 70cm deep (±2cm). Assembly takes approximately 40–60 minutes. Wheels are available separately. Pizza oven not included.
