The Pizzo XL Stainless Steel Set is GrillSymbol's flagship outdoor pizza setup — combining the Pizzo stainless steel wood-fired oven with the full-width Baso XL stainless steel side table. At 180cm wide and 182cm tall, it functions as a complete outdoor kitchen station: the 60 x 60cm Italian refractory pizza stone bakes two 30cm pizzas simultaneously at 300–400°C, and the large preparation table with raised edges gives you space to work right next to the oven. The oven can be positioned on either the left or right side of the table. Wheels available separately for full mobility.

The Pizzo XL Set is also available in Corten Steel for a natural patina finish. If you need a more compact setup, the Pizzo Set (oven with smaller Baso stand, no side table) is also available in stainless and Corten. Wheels are sold separately.
Important
The stainless steel chimney will develop purple discolouration in places due to extreme heat — this is normal for stainless steel at high temperatures and does not affect performance. At 144kg combined weight, the set is delivered on a pallet. Please ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle and sufficient help to position the setup. Wheels are not included — add them to your order if required.
