12 inch Pizza Peel — 85cm
Anodised aluminium blade with a chamfered edge for clean launches, air holes to let excess flour fall away, and a hanging loop for storage. The 85cm shaft gives you comfortable reach without being too long to control.
Turning Peel
The tool most home pizza cooks are missing. A small 23cm turning head with a hook lets you rotate the pizza mid-cook for an even bake all the way around. The grip slider handle makes it easy to use even close to a hot oven.
